http://www.environment.gov.au/node/19818
Uluru and Kata Tjuta are a part of an important cultural landscape and have special significance to Anangu.
Uluru is a huge, rounded, red sandstone monolith 9.4 kilometres in circumference rising from the plain to a height of over 340 metres. Rock art in the caves around its base provides further evidence of the enduring cultural traditions of Anangu.

Churches in Burra SA
The Anglican and Catholic Churches in Burra are located next to each other on the road to the Monster Mine. The Anglican Church is quite ornate and is the home to the local CFA Branch. Burra is significant to many heritage professionals as it is the place where Australia ICOMOS developed the Burra Charter to guide heritage practice.
